Manager, Content Management - Sales Operations - K12 Education
Primary Responsibilities
• Collaborates with internal parties to identify content requests, prepare for upload, and ingest to repository
◦ Management of the schedule
◦ Monitors and tracks the content and individual activities (per approved content plan)
◦ Serves as the SalesForce.com liaison
◦ Oversees the scheduled content updates (3-4 x per channel annually)
◦ Works with the content managers to prepare and upload files
• Manages the repository vendor relationship, oversees the content repository, identifies ongoing improvements for maintaining updated content, troubleshoot issues, etc.
• Responsible for SalesForce.com engagement: content flow into the Opportunity and Cost Proposal templates; integration of repository functionality into CRS, etc.
• Runs system metrics on usage and identifies and executes ongoing system(s) training plan for users and contributors.
• Oversees References and User List strategy (bi-annual updates and vetting, monthly sales activities to encourage references, sf.com liaison and reporting, etc)

Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
• Excellent written/verbal communication, organization, analytical and time management skills
• Project management experience
• Ability to work under multiple deadlines efficiently
• Strong writing skills, working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Project
• Experience managing digital online systems (e.g., online repositories, customer CRMs, Sales Force, etc.), highly preferred
• Educational industry or government contracts experience, knowledge of RFP databases/instruments, and successful experience in proposal or grant development capacity preferred
• Knowledge of Digital Curriculum, Learning Management, and devices used in educations environments preferred
Physical Requirements:
• Might be in a stationary position for a considerable time (sitting and/or standing) for 4+ hours.
• The person in this position needs to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
• Must be able to collaborate with colleagues via face to face, conference calls, and online meetings.
