Workday HRIS Administrator

Cumulus Media is searching for a Workday HRIS administrator to join our team located at our corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA and will report directly to the Director of Business Systems.
The HRIS Administrator position is responsible for the company’s Workday ERP platform. This individual will play a significant role in the Global HR System configuration, development of an efficient and user focused experience and the streamlining and automation of processes for all platform related workflows.

Responsibilities:
• Clear understanding of operation and configuration pertaining to HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Reporting, Time, Absence and Expense modules.
• Maintain and develop Workday Integrations, Business Process and Security to meet company requirements
• Act as a key resource for platform enhancements/upgrades, new functionality deployment and new application implementation
• Identify process improvement opportunities and training needs of end users; develop and deliver new processes and training to meet those needs and improve operation processes
• Train company personnel to run and generate pre-defined and ad hoc reports that support company operations
• Deliver on assigned tasks in all project phases from initiation, planning, analysis, design, build, test/train, deploy and stabilization
• Participate in all aspects of system testing including development of test strategy documentation, write test scripts, coordinate testing resources
• Collaborate with Internal Audit to research and document any systems/process related to legal or SOX compliance requirements
• Develop a strong knowledge of company’s ERP system(s) in order to effectively utilize platform capabilities in all areas of employment from human resources, recruiting, onboarding, timekeeping, benefits, self-services, report writing and payroll

Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of HRIS SaaS and Payroll Systems
• 2+ years of Workday ERP experience required
• Experience with Data Transformation (XML, XSLT, other)
• Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
• B.S. degree in Business, Information Systems, or related area
• 3+ years of HRIS experience required; experience in HR systems administration or HRIS project roles
