The Global Marketing and Consumer Analytics team at Bose has an exciting new role in our Customer Analytics team. This role will manage the customer analytics team to combine advanced analytic and modeling projects with business facing communications of insights about our customers. The manager will develop a KPI framework, customer feedback measurement and drive a backlog of customer modeling projects.
Requires experience with building advanced analytic customer models and previous hands on data science and modeling experience. Candidate will be able to communicate customer insights well and collaborate with stakeholders on ongoing projects and scoping of new projects. Experience with customer feedback measurement programs a plus. Requires ability to reveal customer insights through storytelling and advises marketing on future investments and strategies. Experience leading an analytics team.
Key initiatives include:
• Develops customer scoring models internally and in partnership with the Bose CDO for CLV, Propensity to act/next action, and data driven segmentation
• Develops customer KPI metrics and measurement plan and then captures and reports the results.
• Develops ongoing performance metrics that focus on understanding ROI of marketing effectiveness related to marketing personalization.
• Supports testing in personalization to ensure tests are appropriately setup and measured
• Leads team in development of storytelling and insight generation to support all customers.
• Aligns with key Global Sales leaders for backlog of projects: Ecommerce, Retail, Wholesale and Customer Service
• Deliver insights to Global Sales leadership from Customer Feedback Measurement.
• Integrate results with Marketing Insights Manager connecting Customer insights with Consumer and Shopper Insights
• Drive a backlog of customer insights for advanced analytics, data science and own internal team.
• Maintains agency relationships and work with CDO for related marketing and consumer insights and data science projects
• Full people management responsibility including, inspire and attract talent, support performance, recognize and celebrate, empower development and model the Bose E&V
CORE COMPETENCIES
Expertise with advanced analytic and data science techniques to support customer insights and modeling Ability to develop executive level insights and deliver presentations through storytelling Expertise in prioritizing Customer and Marketing KPI’s Consumer Analytics expertise for CRM and digital marketing and personalization.
Skills
• 10+ years analytics experience
• 5-8 years of Management experience in analytics.
• 5+ years marketing experience
• 5+ years Data Science and Customer Modeling and Segmentation Experience
• Global marketing experience desirable
• Experience with using outside analytic and marketing agencies.
Education Bachelor’s Degree required
