Overview
We are seeking a Regional Support Supervisor to represent our company at our various client's sites.

Responsibilities
The Regional Support Supervisor will provide support to the Regional Site Representatives when needed, as well as manage the RSR pool. The Regional Support Supervisor will be responsible for creating the daily coverage schedule, visiting all our customer sites to ensure the team is properly trained and monitoring time entries in Workforce. This position requires the supervisor to ensure coverage for our on-site team members in a variety of services, including coverage in order to fill-in for temporary staff vacancies due to illness, jury duty, vacations, corporate training or any other type of unexpected emergency. Services provided at FM accounts include various and diverse work assignments including but not limited to operating copy and bindery equipment, performing fulfillment duties, mail, shipping and receiving, switchboard, reception, and other related tasks. Each site has established procedures (workflow) and policies that must be followed.
The assigned territory are sites located in NYC.
Qualifications
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, prior experience in a customer environment, technical knowledge to maintain and troubleshoot equipment within the department, ability to work with minimal supervision, ability to lift paper and packages weighing up to 55lbs. Knowledge of outsourcing/facilities management, such as copy center, mailroom, records/file management, document imaging, reprographics, and facsimile operations are highly desirable. Must be available to work a flexible schedule.
