Curtis 1000 is seeking an Implementation Specialist that will be responsible for assisting external customers in the implementation and integration of high volume Enterprise Accounts into Curtis 1000. This position will evaluate customers’ needs and coordinate collaboration between Curtis 1000’s Sales and Operations Teams and other Taylor Companies to help develop and deliver the appropriate technology tools/solutions and configurations that support business processes in all phases of account integration.
Responsibilities Include:
• Professional interact as a consultant to the customer, technology group and operations throughout the integration and implementation process.
• Establish cross-functional task force of sales, customer, and manufacturing departmental focus groups and facilitate meetings and conference calls on integration issues.
• Work with the customer, sales, operations and other internal and external stakeholders to develop detailed project integration plan with timelines to effectively implement customer specific requirements.
• Maintain and provide a summary of the integration progress to both the customer and internal management.
• Document requirements for custom integration to support customer and business process needs.
• Create customer procedure manual during the integration process and provide to region contacts, sales, operations and customer.
• Provide training and support to end users and operation personnel during and after the implementation process.
• Work with Curtis 1000 Corporate IT, Marketing, and e-Business teams to support e-commerce requirements for large volume accounts.
• Test and troubleshoot the final system set up.
Minimum Qualifications:
• A high school diploma with 5 or more years of relevant experience and knowledge.
• 3 – 5 years of previous project management or integration experience.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to quickly grasp and understand Curtis internal and customer facing systems and technology.
• Detailed oriented and the ability to manage a wide variety of complex tasks and projects in an environment that can be demanding and challenging, driven by constant changes and critical deadlines; excellent project management and execution skills.
• Ability to use effective listening skills to recognize key issues and develop solutions for the customer.
• Ability to effectively communicate and present to C-Level leaders.
• A wide degree of creativity, latitude, and business acumen is expected to solve problem.
• Relies on experience, independent judgment, and extensive knowledge of the customer’s industry to plan and accomplish goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
• College Degree preferred.
• Lean six sigma process improvement knowledge and experience.
