The role:
We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to assist in the execution of multi-channel campaigns at Ticketmaster! This is a “get in the weeds” kind of role, where you’ll wear many hats to make campaigns happen. This role will own campaign production and is a great opportunity for an early-career marketer who is eager to learn and grow various marketing platforms. You will spend significant time in the backend of Pardot, Adobe CQ5, Salesforce and Google Analytics and you’ll help to evolve our instances of Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
You’ll mainly work with our Director of Demand Generation and other B2B marketing team members to improve the marketing and sales activities at all stages of the funnel. Success in this role will be measured in website traffic, landing page performance, acquisition of qualified leads, and overall impact on product adoption and sales.
What the job is:
Campaign Production:
• Day-to-day management of campaigns including but not limited to building, deploying and measuring emails, blog posts, social media posts, and ad campaigns
• Continually evaluate and improve the effectiveness of online campaigns
• Ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions
• Educate internal stakeholders on marketing automation capabilities in support of business goals
Project Management:
• Identify, gather and document customer and campaign requirements, ie. copy, images, videos, gifs, links, etc
• Work with the internal teams and/or third-party resource to develop appropriate digital collateral (email templates, landing pages, etc.)
• Project manage creative asset development for campaigns to ensure on-time receipt of all deliverables
Process Improvement
• Troubleshoot and test campaigns, workflows, data issues and other key B2B marketing ops functions
• Recommend and implement campaign testing approaches to determine best plan of action including A/B testing and multivariate testing
• Stay informed of industry changes and apply them into actionable recommendations
What a qualified candidate should possess:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of experience in a cross-functional digital marketing environment, B2B digital marketing experience preferred
• Working knowledge of HTML / CSS
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with inbound marketing software (i.e. Pardot) and customer relationship management systems (i.e. Salesforce)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills (VBA Experience a bonus)
• Experience with website retargeting, pay per click search and display advertising, and social media advertising (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn) a bonus
• Strong familiarity with ad operations and campaign management (e.g. tagging, ad-servers, viewability tracking) a bonus
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage editorial schedules and deadlines within ongoing and new campaigns
