JOB DESCRIPTION
The Client Service Representative (CSR) for Digital Sales will work with Account Executives (AE) and complementary internal departments (Research, Creative Partnerships, Operations, Traffic, and Finance) in order to facilitate the sale of HTS Digital Assets, independently or as an aggregate to the HTS linear business. The primary responsibility of the CSR is to assist AEs in the digital sales process from inception, through the sales process, and post-sales process stewardship. Further details of the above allude to the following responsibilities; assistance in developing proposals, communicating details with internal & external HTS partners, tracking and accountability for inventory of outstanding proposals, updating of sales forecasting systems, data entry, campaign management, and the stewardship of all post-sales administrative processes (posting to ensure delivery, risk management, and reconciliation of invoices/discrepancies). Additionally, this role will require thorough communication of all HTS mandates and deal points, through participation in sales calls, planning meetings, and email communications both internally (with all HTS personnel) and externally (with agencies, clients, and HTS partners). Finally, this role includes responsibility to ensure all documentation is accounted for and communicated to the appropriate parties in a timely fashion. This role will adhere to strict company policies in regards to HTS and partner confidentiality requirements.
Responsibilities
• Assemble and provide effective packages and presentations for all prospective new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with and support the Account Executive/s on all account needs.
• Required to manage inventory estimates, utilize research, and delivery tools.
• Assist and coordinate the development of custom sales solutions for HTS Digital clients.
• Communicate with complementary internal departments including Sales, Sales Operations, NEO (ad trafficking), Credit and Collections, Research, Creative Partnerships, Operations, Traffic, and Finance.
• Perform administrative duties such as order entry and maintenance, posting and billing reconciliation via appropriate sales execution tools.
• Work with internal HTS and third-party reporting systems to offer weekly campaign stewardship to clients.
• Participate in sales meetings, development of sales presentations, lead generation, cold calls, and business socials.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3 years’ experience in digital sales/administration preferred.
• General market knowledge and interest of the digital advertising industry, including social media, and as it relates to the sports industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are a necessity.
• Ability for analytical reasoning of sales & research data (CPM, impressions, site metrics, data analysis, etc.).
• Proven ability to work as a member of a team and individually are necessary.
• Impeccable organization skills and work effectively in a high pressure environment is also required
• 1-2 years working in Google DFP/Innovid/other reporting platforms is a plus.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite (Powerpoint and Excel).
• Familiarity with online advertising research tools (Comscore, Nielsen, MediaRadar, etc.).
