A Senior Project Analyst will work closely with multiple teams as needed on a project specific basis and will interface with all levels of the company. Senior Project Analysts are expected to bring a 2+ years of project management experience to the position. In addition it is expected that a Senior Project Analyst has a clear understanding the fundamentals of quantitative research, such as developing questionnaires, analyzing large sets of data, developing insights and preparing informal and formal client reports and presentation materials.

KEY OUTCOMES
Project Management
• Able to execute the project process independently, thoughtfully, accurately, thoroughly and on-schedule
• Demonstrate high attention to detail – this is a must
• Juggle multiple projects at one time and maintain full ownership of their responsibilities
• Help set up projects and coordinate/communicate with fieldwork operations and flagging issues and contributing to resolving them.
• Understand the value of getting the job done well and delivering AV’s best
• Accommodate different working styles and needs
Analytical
• Draft basic questionnaires
• Do data checks such as checking questionnaire programs for logic, accuracy and completeness, edit/proof data tables, review/approve codes
• Perform basic analysis
• Execute subgroup analyses
• Prepare basic presentation charts
• Begin contributing analytically to client deliverables and ensure that they tell a logical story
Client Service
• Handle client and internal requests with a positive attitude
• Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
CAPABILITIES
We are looking for candidates that possess a keen desire to understand what makes consumers tick, to grasp the deep-rooted psychology of why someone chooses one brand over another.
Digital Savvy: Immersed in the rapidly changing world of communications and the impact of digital on the insights business, including the latest thinking in how brands are strategically using social media, multi-channel campaign analysis, new approaches to sampling and questionnaire design.
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1-2 years of quantitative market research experience quantitative and/or statistical background a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, a self-starter, fast learner, creative, enthusiastic, and conscientious.
• Excellent organizational and writing/logic skills.
