Manager – Sales Operations Professional Systems Americas
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for improving sales productivity and effectiveness. In this role, you will work closely with sales leaders across the Americas in their efforts to make decisions and implement improvements to drive sales results. You will also collaborate closely across the organization with finance, marketing, operations, product management, CIS to make decisions and implement improvements to drive sales results. You are responsible for management, administration and implementation of various systems/processes that support the Americas sales force, including dashboards, reporting, business planning, order to cash and sales force activity forecasting/tracking. This hands-on role leads developing, implementing, and managing the sales processes, reports, and strategies that optimize sales functions to meet organizational goals and initiatives. The ideal candidate has broad leadership skills, strong understanding of the B2B sales process, good financial acumen, and a deep analytic background. You understand the balance between creativity and discipline.
This individual will lead the Bose Professional Sales Operations team in the Americas responsible for four key areas.
Represent Americas PRO and Manufacturing Global Supply Chain S&OP functions
Partner with demand and supply planning as part of the ongoing S&OP process and meetings.
Improve forecast accuracy across Americas markets by driving consistent and timely opportunity submission within MSD and APO.
Drive and manage improvements to ROA by improving inventory value and Days Inventory on Hand (DIOH).
Improve customer satisfaction by improving delivery performance through inventory availability and lead time reduction.
Americas PRO Business Intelligence and Analytics
Track and manage America’s metrics on monthly strategic dashboards (e.g. Customer Service Levels, revenue attainment, inventory performance, forecast bias, service/support resolution, answer rate)
Support the Americas Sales Director and Finance with the annual budget process
Manage product pricing across the Americas. Build a competitive pricing landscape and recommend pricing changes to maximize profitability thought out the lifecycle of products.
Oversee ongoing core process development and improvement activities for Sales Operations
Works closely with senior sales leadership to define the optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure sales, partner and service organizations success. Aligns reporting and incentive programs with these performance management priorities.
Drive CRM enhancements to maximize sales effectiveness and partner with CIS on integration with BI and SAP systems.
Order to Cash and Operational Support
Monitor workloads within Order to Cash department via the supervisor. Manage booking of purchase orders upkeep of customer data, open order management and customer requests. Provides accurate and timely financial information ensuring a high degree of accuracy, accountability and transparency.
Liaison to Product and Technical Support on coverage, requirements and training for PRO customers / dealers.
Direct all operational activities related to field support to ensure that the trained resources and proper processes are in place such as CIS/IT, cars, demonstration product, etc.
Business owner for CIS systems and enhancements requests – Dealer Portal, SAP, Dynamics CRM
Strategy
Drive the creation of A3s and assist in the deployment and monthly performance measurements across sales channels
Gather and consolidate 3-year plan assumptions in partnership with sales managers
Thought leader as part of the Americas management team providing strategy insight in distribution, operations and organizational effectiveness.
Collaborate with America’s management to review business performance results and drive required changes in strategies and operational practices based on current status and conditions.

Requirements:
• Broad business view, Experience to enable taking on a Leadership Role.
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Excellent understanding of Supply Chain processes and models
• Microsoft Dynamics experience or similar CRM application management experience
• Experience with SAP MRP system
• Two years of B2B sales operations experience or proven ability to adapt to different business models.
• Demonstrate financial acumen across standard business accounting/finance documents such as income statements, balance sheets, and sales reports
• Two years of proven strategy development experience strongly preferred.
• Lean and Six Sigma experience a plus.
• 20% travel.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
