JOB SUMMARY
Schedules, develops and deploys email marketing campaigns for multiple properties within Eldorado Resorts, Inc., to serve internal clients’ and corporate management needs. Creates email templates and content as outlined by internal clients including Advertising, Casino Marketing, and Hotel teams for various properties. Communicates frequently with internal clients in relation to email needs, email campaign testing and approval, reporting, and strategic opportunities. Creates and/or modifies textual content and graphical assets as necessary Serves various roles in Customer Relationship Management including, customer database segmenting and analysis, customer/email acquisition, and customer data management for online, email, and mobile marketing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Schedules, creates, and deploys Email Marketing campaigns.
• Develops and implements A/B testing of various Email Marketing campaigns to establish the most effective variant.
• Communicates with internal clients and Email Marketing staff to assess and define needs and goals for email marketing campaigns as well as reporting of statistics.
• Takes direction from both Eldorado Resorts, Inc., properties and department management to reach desired goals in online sales and offer redemption.
• Assists with special promotions operations and accommodates creative asset needs as they relate to Email Marketing.
• Collaborates with property and corporate management regarding upcoming initiatives and objectives.
• Researches Email Marketing opportunities and technologies to reach and surpass property and corporate Email Marketing goals.

◦ Employee will report to work on time, adhere to behavior, dress and grooming guidelines. Provide courteous and friendly service to all Eldorado guests and employees. Promote a safe work environment and report any problems as they arise. Requirements:
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Required:
BS/BA in Business/Marketing/Communications or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum experience: knowledge and understanding of digital channels including email marketing, digital media, website content or online campaigns.
Experience with Internet Marketing-related technologies and applications, including HTML, Adobe CS and Email and Content Management systems.
Knowledge of digital media technologies including Email Marketing and Mobile Application platforms to create and deploy email programs as needed to maximize email’s potential to reach strategic business goals.
Expert online communicator with demonstrated writing, editing and proofreading skills.
Preferred:
Prior selling experience including retail, direct mail, telesales, online.
Knowledge and understanding of internet tracking tools and ecommerce ROI measurement.
Knowledge and understanding of database management including targeting and segmenting.
Knowledge and understanding of other online channels including websites, Social Media, digital/search/display advertising, etc.
Ability to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to display a casual and friendly, yet professional online voice.
Comfortable using web analytics tools to analyze and make recommendations regarding mobile and email marketing campaigns.
Capacity to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, staff, co-workers, and partners.
Detail-oriented with strong project management, organization, and time management skills.
Self-motivated, creative thinker, goal-driven.
Interest and aptitude for technology and can pick up new tools quickly.
Ability to work in a complex deadline-oriented environment and multi-task with little supervision.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Certificates/Licenses:
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
