We are inviting an enthusiastic, creative and detail-oriented Manager to join our growing Sales Solutions team! Reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Sales Solutions, the Manager will play an integral role in helping achieve our sales team goals and overall Vevo’s company objectives. It will be your responsibility to partner across departments to develop compelling responses to RFPs that demonstrate a deep understanding of the client’s objectives while strategically leverage the full range of Vevo media and content opportunities all focused on the artists and their music. You will be part of a highly collaborative and motivated team and will work in a fast passed and fun work environment.
The Sales Solutions Manager will support the Director of Sales Solutions to provide strategic development of marketing campaigns and revenue solutions for Vevo’s sales organization.

This is a full-time position and is based at our office in New York City. We are in a convenient location in Times Square near Grand Central, Penn Station and a host of subway options.
As a member of our team, you will:
• Develop compelling responses to RFPs in a timely manner and within scope, including leading brainstorms, collaborating internally (and externally, as needed) for alignment, and formulating tailored proposal responses in concise presentation format
• Collaborate with Content & Programming, Label & Artist Relations, Research, Pricing & Planning and Consumer Marketing teams to craft partnership proposals that demonstrate a deep understanding of the brand’s goals while complementing Vevo’s objectives
• Strategically leverage the full suite of Vevo capabilities to maximize value and upsell opportunities by supporting the national sales team in selling Vevo’s platform, products and services to new and existing clients
• Approach “big picture” opportunities (Upfronts, holding company deals, etc.) with outside-the-box thinking to come up with solutions above and beyond core offerings
• Attend agency and client pitches and meetings with Sales team to speak to opportunities when requested
• See sold campaigns through execution and fulfillment stages, including liaising with all internal stakeholders, creating and managing timelines, leading client calls with Sales, providing status updates to clients, hosting internal post-partnership analysis sessions and partnership summary reports, etc.
• Identify new solutions by being fully apprised of the Vevo platform, music-related events, industry news (both digital media and music) and the competitive landscape
• Analyze custom campaign performance and apply key learnings to future programs, as well as share those with Sales Solutions team and larger Sales organization when appropriate

• Strong knowledge and understanding of digital media, emerging platforms, social media, and technologies
• High degree of professionalism with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once, with the ability to thrive in an environment with high volume and tight deadlines
• Team player with a "can-do" attitude; must be flexible, adaptable, responsive and organized
• Passionate about music and pop culture, as well as the digital video landscape
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 4 years experience in ad sales marketing, integrated marketing, ad agency marketing or related experience, preferably with experience in an advertising-supported service specializing in digital media and ideally working with or alongside a robust national sales team
• Must have exceptional written and creative skills required to build marketing programs for top agencies and clients
• Advanced skills using Microsoft PowerPoint and Office, G-Suite; Photoshop skills a plus
