We are inviting an enthusiastic, creative and detail-oriented Associate Manager to join our growing Sales Solutions team! Reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Sales Solutions, the Associate Manager will play an integral role in helping achieve our sales team goals and overall Vevo’s company objectives. You will be part of a highly collaborative and motivated team and will work in a fast passed and fun work environment.
The Sales Solutions Associate Manager will support the Sales Solutions team and report into the Senior Director to provide strategic development of marketing and revenue solutions for Vevo’s sales organization.

This is a full-time position and is based at our office in New York City. We are in a convenient location in Times Square near Grand Central, Penn Station and a host of subway options.
As a member of the team, you will:
• Support team in developing compelling responses to agency/holding company-specific RFPs in a timely manner and within scope, including joining brainstorms, collaborating internally (and externally, as needed) for approval, and formulating responses in concise presentation format
• Execute sold campaigns from RFP work through fulfillment, including liaising with all internal stakeholders, creating and managing timelines, providing status updates to clients, creating partnership summary reports, etc.
• Identify new solutions, opportunities and sales materials by being fully apprised of the Vevo platform, music-related events, industry news (both digital media and music) and the competitive landscape
• Oversee content promotion strategy and execution of promotion of sold deals in partnership with Vevo’s social, research and Content & Promotion teams, including support of paid social and paid media campaigns
• Act as main liaison with and pipeline of communication to and from Vevo’s social media marketing team to keep Sales Solutions team abreast of all related updates
• Manage sold deal calendar and execute social media components of sold campaigns hand-in-hand with marketing team
• Support Vevo music video premieres sponsorship offering by owning premieres grid, including updating information and materials as received in a timely fashion
• Assist in the development of product briefs and marketing materials to support ad product enhancements
• Support in managing and distributing client premiums
This describes you:

• Introductory knowledge and understanding of digital media, emerging platforms, social media, and technologies
• High degree of professionalism with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once, with the ability to thrive in an environment with high volume and tight deadlines
• Team player with a "can-do" / solution orientated attitude; must be flexible, adaptable, responsive and organized
• Passionate about music, pop culture, and the digital video landscape
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ad sales marketing, integrated marketing, ad agency marketing or related experience, preferably with experience in an advertising-supported service specializing in digital media and ideally working with or alongside a robust national sales team
• Skilled at using Microsoft PowerPoint and Office, G-Suite; Photoshop skills a plus
