Precision Strategies, a leading data, digital, and communications firm, is looking for a Principal for our Marketing team to lead the business development and reputation building of our fast-growing company.
As a firm, we work on the top issues of the day for high-profile corporate, non-profit, political, and social advocacy clients. We are a team of professionals with a diverse set of experiences who bring our expertise to the table to help clients achieve their goals.
We seek a senior marketing professional who possesses excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to think and brainstorm creatively, and the organizational skills necessary to juggle many projects at once. This person should thrive in a fast-paced environment, want to work in a team-oriented environment, and be inclined to seek out challenges and opportunities.
Taking the lead on business development and reputation building, the ideal candidate will:
• Identify and pursue possible business development opportunities.
• Coordinate with our leadership and creative teams to develop company messaging and marketing materials.
• Develop high-level connections to position Precision as a respected member of the agency consulting world.
• Enhance the visibility of Precision’s thought leadership, key people, and company brand.
• Manage processes for industry-related award opportunities.
• Research trends in public relations to discover business development opportunities.
• Create compelling content which highlights our work and leadership in the industry for the Precision website and other external channels.
Experience and Qualifications
• 3-5 years in marketing, at a public relations agency, or other relevant work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, energetic, detail-oriented, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
