Search Engine Marketing Manager
I. Job Summary
| Major goals and objectives.
This position is primarily responsible for writing scalable web based services and working with teams to provide infrastructure support. The SEM will work with the senior members of the SEM team in assisting and delivering project and campaign implementations.

• Responsible for assisting all paid acquisition efforts for all Meredith Shop properties. With primary focus in, but not limited to SEM. Additional experience in SEO, Social, E-mail, Affiliate marketing preferred.
• Keyword, AdCopy, A/B test research development and implementation
• Campaign implementation and bid management
• Update Daily/Weekly/Monthly performance reports & dashboards

• Work cross-functionally with Product, Editors, E-mail/Social, Merchandising, Tech teams

• Collect & analyze and develop strategies in order to optimize campaign performance and drive growth

III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements| All must be met to be considered.
Education:
BA/BS in a quantitative or business discipline (math, economics, business, science, etc.), or equivalent training and/or experience.
Experience:
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in Search Engine Marketing.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must be proficient in:
• Proven track record of successfully managing larges scale campaigns in Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Yahoo Gemini
• Comfortable analyzing and managing large sets of data
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
• Experience working with third-party bid management tools (Kenshoo preferred)
• Self-motivated tam player with positive attitude
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
