The Senior Analyst Gaming Ops position assists with the forecasting and budgeting processes, including designing, developing, and implementing financial models to be distributed to all levels of management. The incumbent is also responsible for various databases used in forecasting. Occasional involvement in special accounting and sales analytics projects may be necessary.
Position Requirements
Responsibilities:
• Prepares reports and provides insightful analysis of actual financial results as they relate to forecasts and annual financial plans
• Partner with FP&A management and Sales Team with special projects and ad-hoc requests that require financial analysis
• Ability to design, create, and deliver analytics
• Ability to communicate financial results and forecasts to non-financial team members
• Ability to present statistical data and analytical findings
• Ability to provide dashboards to sales to monitor KPIs
• Assists in the analysis of financial data and extracts and defines relevant information
• Monitor and analyze regional gaming performance in regard to forecast and budgeting cycles
Required Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business, accounting, or other related field or equivalent experience
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills including advanced formulas, VLookup, and Pivot Tables

Preferred Experience:
• Experience with databases and/or integrated accounting systems (Oracle/Hyperion/COGNOS products preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Solid organizational and time management skills that allow for multi-tasking
• Ability to communicate effectively with all personnel
• Experience with Tableau data visualization software desired
