The National Implementation team at Canon Solutions America, is looking for an exceptional and highly skilled National Solutions Delivery Specialist to join our Professional Services Organization. We are currently seeking someone with a strong interest and capability in architecting, installing and supporting high performing software solutions. The overall goal is to deliver solutions and strategies for Canon Solutions America’s clients while ensuring the growth of our software portfolio for both Output Management and Document Management. The ideal candidate has a broad range of professional experience which includes customer facing roles, technical implementations, and supporting high profile customers.

Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
• You will meet and exceed our established implementations process milestones and goals for each project assigned
• You will design, develop and Implement complex / custom Output Management & Document Management Solutions (and others as required) as part of the sales process and according to a defined documented solution “blueprint”
• You will serve as the main point of contact and subject matter expert (SME) during the implementation process and or post implementations process which includes, planning, installing, POC testing and deploying solutions on site or remotely
• You will coordinate, map and manage various technical integrations with 3rd party solutions
• You will strive to assist and effectively manage project timelines, expectations and deliverables with cross functional teams such as Project Managers or Local Resources
• You should be able to engage with engineering personnel to articulate overall system design while recommending the best course of action with respect to potential development tools and application design
• You will be able to develop comprehensive solution implementation documentation
• You should be ready to provide technical support for solution implementations
• You will assist with the Pre-Sales process for solution sales where required this incudes Statements of Work
• You should be a high energy “can do” type of individual who enjoys solving problems by translating manual business processes into automated solutions
• You must be able to be a team player who can effectively communicate with not only clients but internal teams
• You must be able to multitask and own multiple projects at any given time.
• Flexibility is paramount you should be able to shift gears and go above any beyond the standard call of duty for our customers.
• You will function as technical escalation for internal resources (Help Desk, Field, etc.)
• You will Participate in special projects as assigned (internal or external)
• You will create Best Practices guides and How- To Technical Knowledge Articles
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
• Network+, CDIA+, Security+
• Therefore
• uniFLOW Technician
• uniFLOW Diagnostics
• MTA (Microsoft Tech Associate)
• Strong Knowledge of Canon technology including imageRUNNER ADVANCE
• SQL Server Technology including Management Studio
• Experience with Networking
• Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016, Windows 8, 10
• Strong technical implementation and troubleshooting skills
• May require extensive travel, up to 75% with 50%+ of overnights stays of 2-5 days or more depending on size and complexity of implementation
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary
• Certain minimum auto insurance coverages are required.
• Must be available to work beyond standard hours as required
