JOB DESCRIPTION
Fox Networks Group is seeking a Payroll Associate to process the Union and Freelancer payroll, and other related payroll responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for approximately 1,000 union and non-union employees
• Provide customer service, process manual check requests, and request stop payments
• Process union benefit reports; analyze, audit, reconcile and code requests for payment
• Timecard/data entry into TCS
• Assist in testing whenever needed and other miscellaneous tasks
Requirements:
• Four year college degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years payroll experience required. Previous union payroll experience is a must.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to communicate effectively with union members.
• Technical math skills and logic/problem solving skills required.
• Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, data entry, JD Edwards, E1. Workday experience a plus.
• Must be a people person with excellent communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment with firm deadlines.
• Must be able to work effectively under extreme pressure.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive employee and payroll data
