Job Summary
The Creative Manager drives the development of custom creative content and ensures flawless tracking and reporting. This position is an integral piece in the success of launching and managing digital campaigns from production through activation and ultimately reconciliation. Building long-term relationships both internally and externally with vendors and the client will be crucial to success in the role.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• 30% - Act as the liaison between client, publishers and creative vendors to manage the creation of custom units for multiple campaigns. This includes managing asset delivery, production timelines and client approvals
• 20% - Coordinate implementation of ad-serving (trafficking), rich media, branding studies, and all other advertising technologies
• 20% - Launch and monitor campaign delivery daily and work with publishers to ensure campaigns are pacing toward full delivery
• 10% - Provide QA and troubleshoots all technical issues
• 10% - Work with Media Team to review weekly reporting and give input on creative level recommendations.
• 5% - Prepare monthly billing reconciliations and work with billing to liaise with publishers
• 5% - Compile POVs on relevant creative trends (ex. New ad units, new video executions, etc)

Knowledge and Skills Required
• Bachelor Degree (Business or Graphic Design preferred)
• Experience in developing digital advertising creative
• Highly organized & capable of working on multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Experience with online ad servers
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in fast paced and creative environment
• High attention to detail
