Job Summary
We have an immediate opening for a Service Delivery Coordinator (SDC) in the Access Billing CIT Team. The SDC will work with the CPS (Co-Provider Services) application generating billing adds and changes for CenturyLink CLEC accounts. An individual in this role may perform any or all of the following functions:
Job Description
• Assist/direct implementation of new products which relate to various corporate sales initiatives.
• Review and develop efficient and effective processes to reduce labor intensive efforts and increase billing accuracy.
• Ensure rates are properly updated in billing system when rate changes occur.
• Assist in implementing billing conversion data upon acquisitions and/or mergers.
• Communicate issues to executive management and work with other departments to ensure resolutions.
• Serve as a backup for Forbearance contract related tasks, COMA updates, and other departmental functions as needed.
Qualifications
• Familiarity with GUI based windows software and ability to read and apply written methods to live work screens.
• Must have strong quantitative and data analytical skills.
• Strong PC skills including Excel, Access, SQL/database skills a plus.
• Strong communication skills including the ability to articulate technical, financial, operating and system issues to major stakeholders in a concise and cohesive manner.
• Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi task and prioritize job tasks while maintaining documentation.
• Ability to work independently and initiate discussions.
• Ability to work overtime as necessary.
• Be a team player, optimistic, willing to learn and possess a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiar with COMA and CPS Applications.
• Familiar with USOCs, Classes of Service, ACNAs, and RSID/ZCID.
• Ability to interpret contracts using produce knowledge and product offerings ie UNE-P, UNE-C, QPP, CBR, Resale, etc.
• Ability to analyze incoming requests (sign-offs) and translate into what changes would need to be made in both COMA and CPS.
• Ability to parse data into like categories and buckets. USOCs to contract type and allowable product.
• Detail oriented with a willingness to stare and compare changes for verification.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks updating same data on different customers (Resale).
