Job Summary:
Selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the creative development of brand marketing communications to drive brand consideration and awareness. This role will manage multiple agencies and partner with internal departments and external partners to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
Creative development includes, but is not limited to, TV, online video, digital, print, and radio as well as partnering with internal stakeholders responsible for social marketing, direct mail, retail, partnership marketing and experiential marketing to influence those channels.

Core Responsibilities:
• Manage advertising agency relationships and internal team to develop world-class brand marketing campaigns.
• Work collaboratively with day-to-day counterparts on the brand strategy, customer experience team, product teams, partner agencies and respective internal teams to deliver marketing materials in support of priorities.
• Review and provide feedback on all creative designs and messaging, including but not limited to integrated marketing campaigns, TV campaigns, digital, print, social, internal communications, etc.
• Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to deliver integrated marketing plans to support content stunts, product launches, partnership marketing, service/customer experience, and more. Produce holistic marketing plans that incorporate plans from across the enterprise.
• Support the ongoing brand needs of the Xfinity Mobile product line.
• Support local markets and Division needs to support all brand marketing needs.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in mattersof significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to worknights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Technical Skills:
• Agency Management: Knowledge of methods or techniques used to manage agency relationship and ability to inspire agency performance to deliver world-class creative to meet business objectives on budget and on deadline.
• Television Production: Television production experience in commercial development preferred.
Job Specification:
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
• Generally requires significant marketing experience with 3-5 years combined experience within the cable, telecommunications or programming industry, major brand technology, brand marketing or full-service agency side.
• Candidate must excel in a fast paced environment, possess forward thinking capabilities and the ability to lead and motivate agencies, and influence management and peers.
• Proven track record leading a team of agencies or internal counterparts to deliver tactics on schedule and within budget.
• Proven track record in project management, and ability to rapidly shift priorities based upon marketplace demand.
• Experience working in a large, complex, fast-paced fortune 500 Company is strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
