• Be timely, communicating well in advance to allow proper preparations
• Build and maintain effective relationships with resources, partners, colleagues and leaders, owning accountability for committing to accurately delivering against partner needs
• Understand the value of focused partner engagement; knowing when to engage, who to engage, and the appropriate method for the circumstances
• Bring a high level of self-awareness to personal interactions, with the ability to read both verbal and non-verbal signs and adjust accordingly
• Leverage relationships and other soft skills to influence others, without having direct authority
• Produce effective results, ensuring that productivity, attention, drive, and leadership ensures project goals, objectives, milestones and deliverables are achieved on schedule
• Be able to work independently and deliver results with little or no supervision
• Work towards full inclusion of every team member
• Act as the central point of contact for all program area questions or issues
• Assume accountability for tracking, monitoring, removal of roadblocks and reporting for the assigned program area, delivering high quality service to partners
• Pioneer continuous improvement within the designated program, always thinking about how to optimize, refine, and do more with less
• Obsess about exceptionally high service availability and lead the post incident process
• Set a positive example through daily actions, provide direction, think broadly, and bring people together
• Actively mentor less senior members of the team
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects
