Responsibilities
• Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
• Identify gaps and provide technical expertise in business requirements for functional specifications and scale new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost-effective manner
• Configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements
• Work on some of the most complex challenges in large scale computing by utilizing skills in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
• Provide Level 2 Incident Management support for customer facing applications with a goal of meeting business service levels
• Take ownership of critical issues, enlist proper representation from other IT support teams and drive towards resolution
• Automate manual enterprise operations tasks and optimize business process to reduce workloads & create proficiencies
• Monitor and maintain operational readiness of Enterprise Applications including AWS hosted applications
• Support Autodesk enterprise growth and ensure stability through maintenance activities on Enterprise Applications
• Design, develop, re-factor, optimize, and enhance web application software utilizing Java and other open source technologies
• Work with open source tools, create API, rich dashboards and implement proactive monitoring
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field)
• You have 8 years of software engineer/programmer analyst experience
• You have 5 years of experience in each of the following skills:
◦ Design, configure, develop and test SAP ERP Projects using SAP ABAP/4 (Object Oriented Programming), SD, MM, PP, FI/CO, BI/BO, Vistex, and Solution Manager
◦ Perform production support for customer facing applications and resolve within defined service levels
◦ Monitor automated jobs using SAP Redwood application
◦ Perform scripting using Java, XML, HTML and QTP
◦ Create functional and technical specification documents by taking requirements from business
◦ Design and develop projects utilizing SAP, ECC, SD, MM, FI/CO, JAVA, J2EE, TIBCO, XML, Web Services, Sales Force and Siebel
◦ Perform Functional, Integration, System, and acceptance testing to meet business requirements
◦ Configure Emagia, Ariba, SOX, IXos, Sterling (B2Bi), Vertex and shipping interfaces to exchange data communication
◦ Actively participate in go-live preparation and validation for the Production migration of Enterprise Application releases
• You have 1 year of experience in each of the following skills:
◦ Design and Configure Order Management process in SAP ERP using Sales and Distribution; Configure B2B/EDI in SAP to enhance order management with third party systems
◦ Develop data conversion programs, reports using SAP ABAP/4 language
◦ Configure product life cycle using SAP MM, WM and Production Planning
◦ Maintain requirements, test management artifacts in Quality Center
◦ Write programs to generate reports and create Interfaces using SAP ABAP/4 language
◦ Perform configuration for Financial Accounting (SAP FI/CO) as per the business needs
◦ Create functional and technical design documents and write queries using TOAD to fetch data from various databases
