Accountabilities:
• Create project plan yearly in collaboration with other team members.
• Ensure process is being followed; manages workflows.
• Track each skill and its progress on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure deadlines are met and revision schedule is on track.
• Work with authors, peer reviewers, editors, and editorial staff.
◦ Ensure that experts have access to resources or other tools.
◦ Request payments for SMEs, Peer Reviewers, and external Collection Leads.
• Manage data in Quick base to ensure Director can create reports.
• Collaborate to create new collections.
◦ Create tracking spreadsheets and documents
◦ Recruit and onboard experts
• Communicate effectively to other team members and management
Qualifications:
• College degree
• 3 to 5 years work or relevant experience
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to be flexible; ability to multi-task effectively
• Ability to work independently
• Strong Microsoft offices skills; Quick base skills a plus
