Raging Waters San Jose is searching for a highly motivated individual to lead the daily operations of the Food and Beverage and Retail departments. This position will be responsible for enforcing park policies and procedures, controlling cost of sales, achieving per cap goals, evaluate and revise internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency, and ensure compliance with applicable government and local health regulations. The right candidate will be an organized professional who has the ability to interact positively with park guests and fellow team members. Candidate must be flexible and willing to adapt to changing environments.
Responsibilities
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage 60+ Team Members.
• Oversee and manage the daily operation of the Food and Beverage and Retail Department
• Manage P&L, COS, expenses, labor and budgets for Food and Beverage and Retail.
• Maintain and actively support all parks operating policies and procedures and all relative local, State health regulations pertaining to the operation.
• Ensure all daily inspections and required State documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Manage purchasing, inventory and receiving.
• Analyze and evaluate processes to drive revenue while maintaining cost and expense controls.
• Requirements
◦ Minimum of 5 years revenue based experience in Amusement or Hospitality Management.
◦ Fast food or QSR Management experience in a high volume environment preferred.
• Possess exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
• Able to lead and motivate a diverse group of employees to achieve maximum performance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs without assistance.
