Job Description
The Opportunity
Premion, the new “Over-the-Top” advertising and media business, seeks an experienced Campaign Manager to help lead our data analytics, campaign insights, and performance metrics for all locally and regionally sold campaigns for our “Over-the-Top” business. This person will possess strong analytical skills; including the ability to analyze raw data, interpret campaign, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable recommendations and their forecasted outcomes/implications.
The manager must be flexible, extremely organized, and able to provide strategic and tactical optimizations for current and future client campaigns. The manager goes above and beyond to provide impeccable service for our ops and sales team by developing strong interpersonal relationships. The right person for this role must thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced collaborative environment, wants an opportunity to make a significant impact and jumps at the opportunity to take on new challenges.
Responsibilities:
• Define strategic plan for fulfilling Premion’s campaigns by establishing key benchmarks and KPI’s to monitor performance
• Monitor the performance of digital media campaigns against established benchmarks using internal and 3rd party reporting systems
• Direct management of campaign analyst team, assigning responsibilities and monitoring work for accuracy and effectiveness
• Design and provide daily and weekly reporting that highlights the delivery and performance of “Over-the-Top” (OTT) video campaigns
• Provide Analyze performance of all campaigns and provide strategic tactical insight and make optimizations on all Premion accounts
• Organize post-campaign data and insight into compelling wrap-up reporting and presentations
• Maximize revenue and minimize liability through inventory control and strategic ad placements
• Work with tech vendors to ensure reporting dashboards and systems are accurate and delivered in a timely fashion.
• Work with tech vendors to define requirements for new systems
Job Requirements
Requirements:
• 4+ years of digital advertising and online media experience, with strong emphasis on campaign management, delivery, and optimization
• 3+ years of managerial experience
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-yr university program
• Professional communication skills, both internally and externally. Ability to articulate thoughts and concepts fluidly. Personality to quickly build rapport and build professional relationships
• Expertly proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to quickly learn and grow new productivity software application tools
• Strong independent thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong qualitative skills with the ability to demonstrate quality data organization and analysis techniques
Additional Skills:
• Experience using ad servers such as DFP and Freewheel, and front-end tools such as Operative, AdFront, STAQ, & Ad-Juster
• Experience within the digital online ecosystem, including familiarity with third-party ad servers such as DoubleClick Campaign Manager (DCM), Sizmek, Innovid, etc., as well as ad serving technologies such as DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP) & FreeWheel
