We are seeking an experienced Client Services Representative to work at our prestigious client’s site.

Responsibilities
Specific job duties will include but not be limited to the following:
• Level I servicing, which consists of minor repairs, replenishment of toners, paper jam clearance, general cleaning glass and surfaces, preventative maintenance and removing old toner containers for recycling
• Placing service calls and coordinating off site service support as needed
• Monitoring spare parts and supplies, including consumable inventory control
• Utilizing Netaphor to reactively use alerts to respond to issues
• Meter read submission for billing
• Assist end users and provide support for device usage and training
• Remote device support for locations without on-site Canon personnel
Qualifications
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, prior experience in a customer environment, technical knowledge to maintain and troubleshoot equipment within the department, ability to lift paper and packages weighing up to 55lbs. Knowledge of outsourcing/facilities management, such as copy center, mailroom, records/file management, document imaging, reprographics, and facsimile operations are highly desirable.
