Overview

We’re looking for a passionate producer who will be responsible for leading project teams through the concept, development, installation and execution of live experiential events globally. Someone who’s excited by solving complex problems, who cares about building strong relationships, and who lives and breathes the details in everything they do.
Responsibilities
Project management and team leadership of global live events
Scoping work and providing estimated costs and timelines
Developing, tracking and communicating detailed project plans and status updates
Driving internal teams and external vendors to meet all milestones
Collaborating with internal project teams to develop creative concepts
Producing audio and visual content that highlights product features and creates an event experience that tells a compelling, cohesive story
Vetting event venues and managing all requirements through installation and teardown
Sourcing vendor options, developing RFPs, evaluating bids, negotiating and executing contracts
Developing and managing budgets and vendor payments
Coordinating shipping, travel and other logistics
Overseeing installation and run-of-day for events
Qualifications and General Skills
8+ years of experience in a comparable role, either freelance or on-staff
Bachelor's degree in a related field (i.e. Communications, Digital Media, Project Management, Marketing or Advertising)
Experience producing live events for internal stakeholders and sales meetings for a global consumer electronics brand
Expertise in producing audio and visual content
High level of technical competency in working with complex audio, lighting and software tools that create a brand-appropriate live experience
Strong project management skills with a focus on details, organization and clear communication
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines in a high-pressure environment
Effective problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm and positive in stressful situations
Drive for elevating creative quality and continuous process improvement
Motivated to achieve flawless live event experiences
Frequent travel domestically and internationally
