Coordinator, People (HR) Department
The Human Resources Coordinator position is in the Human Resources Department, providing day-to-day support for the variety of disciplines within the group.
Primary Responsibilities
• Providing HR support to Human Resources Business Partners in the areas of employee relations, recruitment and organizational development
• Processing all employee changes in PeopleSoft such as increases, transfers, status changes, terms, etc.
• Assisting with tracking and maintaining headcount and salary planning process by running and updating necessary reports
• Providing administrative support, such as phone coverage, calendar management, filing, faxing, distributing mail, booking travel and greeting candidates
• Liaising with employees and clients on a wide range of topics
• Conducting research and providing analytics in support of key projects and initiatives
• Assisting new hire onboarding and offboarding processes
• Creating and maintaining organizational charts
• Responding to and completing employment verification requests
• Completing and expediting expense reports
Requirements:
• Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a corporate work environment
• High degree of professionalism & discretion
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and the ability to re-prioritize quickly
• Attention to detail and thorough follow up skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn new technology
• Experience with HRIS systems - PeopleSoft a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
