Taylor Communications is seeking a Customer Experience Project Intern in Dayton, OH. Responsibilities Include:
The Customer Experience Project Intern will work in close collaboration with Customer Experience leaders, gaining exposure to business critical projects in the following areas:
• com
• Competitive market research
• Emerging Customer Success technologies
• The role of all in customer service:
◦ Driving operational efficiency by reducing errors in common, routine tasks via Chatbots
◦ Creating revenue expansion opportunities thru suggestive up-sell/cross-sell prompts, tracking offer extensions & acceptance rates
• Customer support engagement channels
Minimum Qualifications:
• Ability to multitask in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong intellectual curiosity
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience providing excellent customer service
