The Manager, Project Management assumes responsibility for a team of Project Managers who are tasked with successful completion of a variety of internal and external programs and projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Measure, track & report on the efficiency of Services projects
Define and coach project managers on the best practices of project management
Define and evolve the SVC documentation for programs including but not limited to program checklists, program kick off templates, plans, and final client facing deliverables
Act as the first line of defense in any escalations raised from project team
Project manage the coordination with other SVC managers and project managers to devise proper meeting cadence, program tracking and review to ensure that all SVC KPIs are being met and all internal projects are being executed.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with other client-facing and internal management to consistently revisit respective roles, responsibilities and processes to ensure optimal operating efficiency
Assist the Director, Project Management and VP, Services in the execution of internal initiatives that involve cross-departmental coordination and execution
COMPETENCIES
Understanding of the digital advertising space
Ability to drive large scale projects with high collaboration and leadership
Experience in or proven ability to manage a group of individual contributors
Very strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent presentation skills and experience with presenting to senior management
Ability to clearly communicate program statuses to SVC Managers and Executive Management
