Job Summary:
iHeartMedia, Orlando has an immediate opening for a Digital Campaign Specialist.

As a Digital Campaign Specialist, you will become an integral part of the team, acting as a digital project manager to help execute and process our client’s digital campaigns, ensuring that each campaign is executed seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
• Work with the VP of Digital Sales to assist Account Executives with the sales process from pre-sales research to onboarding new digital advertisers, ensuring campaign setup, maximize campaign performance and provide ongoing analysis and insights of campaign performance to ensure success and show ROI attribution for clients.
• Act as a digital product expert to help sellers navigate all iHeartMedia digital assets including but not limited to: targeted display/ video, retargeting, mobile and the group’s core digital assets.
• Develop in-depth/custom campaign reports for Account Managers and clients to effectively show campaign success and explain optimizations (through use of campaign dashboard and client provided Google Analytics).
• Coordinate digital creative concepts and production.
• Participates in media/campaign strategy meetings as requested.
• May assist in digitizing photographs and preparing for upload.
Qualifications:
• Proven success at multitasking, hitting deadlines, and working in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated success in processing orders accurately with strong attention to detail
• Strong understanding of search marketing (SEO/SEM), targeted display/ video, retargeting, and mobile marketing
• Demonstrated record of success working with teams
• Experience in providing in-depth analysis of client results.
• Strong knowledge of digital content management and preservation methods and standard
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Superior internal customer service standards
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail, and high work standards
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Can juggle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure
• First-rate interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with staff and users
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
Work Experience:
• 1+ years of experience in processing and executing complex orders in any setting, digital advertising operations experience preferred
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher preferred
