We are looking for a Strategy Director to join our Boston Strategic Planning team.
Culture:
Most brands in most categories follow conventions - usually as a result of research and experience. The problem is competitors follow the same logic and soon, everyone's ads look alike.
The biggest problem with brands today isn't rejection. It's indifference, boredom, and lack of compelling reasons to talk about the brand. Studies have revealed that the most talked about brands grow faster than the rest of their categories. And that "fame" is the best predictor of sales success. Buzz isn't just a nicety. It's a business necessity.
We need a Strategy Director with the creative ambition to help our clients disrupt their categories and develop content consumers feel compelled and proud to share.
