University Inbound Sourcing Coordinator (6 month contract)

We're looking for an Inbound Sourcing Coordinator to join our University Recruiting team at Airbnb. Learn more about our programs at https://www.airbnb.com/careers/university.
This is a 6 month contract.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Source interns and new graduates, identifying and activating top students
• Ensure a smooth, quick, and consistent candidate experience
• Track the progress of candidates with great attention to detail
• Regularly analyze pipeline and performance data to share with internal stakeholders
• Manage high volume of inbound applications and partner with teammates to activate candidates
• Develop a strong understanding of the recruiting process and drive/recommend improvements
Requirements:
• Patient, communicative, and must possess the ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Creative and enjoys working on challenges and thinking outside the box
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Passionate about and curious to learn more about software technologies
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Passionate about candidate experience: we see our candidates as our guests, and we are their hosts. It’s the Sourcing Coordinator’s job to ensure a smooth experience from beginning to end in partnership with peers
• Passionate about the product, concept, history and culture of Airbnb, and our mission to create a world so that anyone can belong anywhere
Preferred Requirements
• Notable experience working in university recruiting or university programs
• Flexible and can deal effectively with changes in priorities or ambiguity
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google products
