Charter Communications currently seeks a Recruiter for our growing Human Resources Department! This individual will be responsible for providing full life cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing and offers) for a dynamic, growth oriented environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Consult/advise managers on overall hiring process, collaborate on job requisition details and creation, and advise on effective candidate assessment/interview techniques
• Review job descriptions to ensure in proper advertisement format for internet postings and apply to targeted job boards
• Source talented and diverse candidates through creative methods and understand predictive impact of applied strategies
• Maintain knowledge of the business supported and market demographics
• Effectively screen and interview candidates to meet client needs
• Effectively negotiate and communicate offer to successful candidates
• Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to ensure hiring requirements are met
• Ensure positive applicant experience through the interview and hiring process
• Ensure regulatory as well as client specific process compliance
• Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices and processes
• Build strong relationships with clients, candidates, peers within the recruiting organization and within partner organizations, in addition to client HR partners
• Work to proactively build talent pipeline and employer brand
• Identifies potential sources for recruiting staff, such as through job fairs, associations, community organizations, advocacy groups, government agencies, military transition centers, vocational/ technical schools, colleges and universities.
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• BS or BA or equivalent work combination of training, education and experience.
• 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience
• Well versed in high-volume recruitment process, working effectively with internal clients as well as talent pool development
• Extensive knowledge with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Brassring preferred
