How will I help Spectrum continue to grow?
• Will be expected to provide customer-friendly and proficient technical support to high speed data and Digital Phone customers using phone, email, chat, instant messaging and other means of communication.
• Respond to a high volume of calls in a manner which meets high quality and productivity.
• Document, escalate and resolve issues as quickly and efficiently as possible through working with other departments, ISPs or business partners.
• Successfully meet or exceed Spectrum's call handle requirements as measured by periodic call monitoring and individual call statistics.
• Open and track trouble tickets as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
What does it take to be a Spectrum Customer Support Rep?
• Strong technical knowledge of all Windows Operating Systems; knowledge of Apple/Mac Operating Systems a plus.
• Must be technically savvy and able to learn new technology and program applications quickly.
• Excellent listening skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills using phone, email etc.
• Proficiency with internet browsers and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills are essential.
• One year related experience and/or training working in a fast paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
