RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Work closely with the Marketing Director and team to assist in the implementation of marketing activities designed to gain market share, build brand awareness, generate leads and achieve revenue objectives in relevant markets.
2) Assist marketing team by providing support for the key marketing tasks including:
• Support in communications and PR initiatives, both internally and externally, including social media.
• Update and maintain sales and marketing collateral, promotional calendars, and assets.
• Support in the development of product collateral, case studies, references, customer testimonials and
other similar materials.
• Execute project management tasks related to campaign and marketing asset development including
liaising with other key departments such as Creative Services, Sales, Exhibits, etc.
• Report, analyze and interpret data for use in developing marketing plans and content.
• Coordinate internal staff meetings, tradeshows and other gatherings.
• Assist with the tactical execution of annual strategic marketing plans.
3) Assist Marketing Director and team with administrative duties as needed.
4) Create purchase orders and maintain budget expense reports for team.
5) Maintain files and history for collateral and other marketing projects.
6) Other projects as assigned.

Education/Experience
Work experience displaying aptitude in the responsibilities as described above; Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university. Marketing or a related major is preferred; familiarity with healthcare industry and /or terminology strongly desired.
Travel Requirements
This position periodically requires travel to support the core functions of the position.
Language Ability
Candidate must be able to:
• Read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional trade journals, technical procedures and governmental regulations.
• Write content/messaging in support of sales and marketing materials, refine business correspondences and requests for proposals.
• Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Math Ability
Candidate must be able to calculate figures and standard mathematical equations specific to sales and accounting functions and possess a thorough understanding of general accounting and bookkeeping practices and methods.
Reasoning/Cognitive Ability
Candidate must be a detail-oriented, confident self-starter with effective project management skills and the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety variables in situations where only limited knowledge exists. Possess a sound understanding of marketing principles and sales tactics.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should strong skills in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint. Mastery of Microsoft Excel including formulas and functions are a requirement. Working knowledge of the follow applications would be preferred:
• Tableau
• Microsoft Access/SQL
• Adobe Acrobat Pro/Photoshop
• Social Media platforms and management systems
• CRM systems
