FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

2K’s newly-formed Administrative team has the mighty task of making sure all daily functions run like a well-oiled machine. What We Need:
We are seeking a rockstar Receptionist full of personality, charisma, and charm to be the initial point of contact for all visitors and employees entering the 2K offices. You’ll have the exciting opportunity of creating the overall first impression visitors have of the company, and helping various departments and teams keep their day running smoothly by informing them of guest arrival and deliveries, helping with meeting logistics, and acting as the central hub of information for all things 2K. Dependability, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a helpful and approachable demeanor is critical to the success of this role. A “no job is too small” mentality and the ability to multi-task is also key.
What You Will Do:
• Meets and greets all visitors, determines their needs, and directs them to the appropriate employee or location
• Manages multiple Outlook conference room calendars; posts daily schedules on all conference rooms
• Assists with coordination of meetings including but not limited to preparing meeting rooms, ordering food and beverage service, and notifying meeting host of food/attendee arrival
• Orders daily lunches for staff; manages weekly lunch menu e-mail and intranet updates
• Arranges transportation for office visitors and employees as needed
• Provides informational emails to company (office announcements, events, weekly lunch menu, etc.); manages ongoing content for the television display announcements throughout the building
• Orders employee business cards, supplies, and office snacks as needed
• Back-up department/executive administrative support as needed
• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
• Composes, types, and distributes professional correspondence and e-mails, using individual initiative and as needed
• Performs other duties and assists with special projects as assigned by manager

• High School Diploma or equivalent, and 3+ years related experience
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to deal effectively with a diverse group of individuals at all organizational levels
• Dependable and punctual, with a commitment to excellence and high standards
• Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task and manage workflow
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:
• Sit for prolonged periods
• Perform some repetitive motion activities
• Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
