The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for identifying procedural, organizational and technological opportunities to drive implementation of sales strategy and goals, and remove barriers to the achievement of those goals. You are a highly organized, skilled communicator who has the ability to see the big picture and grasp the detail of any project.
What You'll Do:
Major Objective: Manage Sales Communications & Enablement programs to help drive selling success
Functions:
(25%) Serve as primary Coaching and Performance/Enablement point of contact for defining, addressing and measuring progress versus Product & CRM/Enablement Tools (Seismic, LinkedIn, Hoovers, Eloqua, etc) training needs
◦ Attend planning & team meetings to maintain ensure high awareness about pipeline of changes & enhancements in the works
◦ Influence the timing of changes, manage expectations about capacity of team to implement training in line with the Go To Market strategic approach
◦ Serve as guide & strategic consultant informing the teams of the training needs and impacts of the decisions made throughout the development process
◦ Align with Coaching and Performance team on training plans, curriculum, schedules and materials relative to Product & CRM/Enablement Tools training
◦ Conduct user training & “Train the Trainer” sessions as needed as subject matter expert regarding Product & CRM/Enablement Tools learning activity
◦ Define success criteria and measure against those, reporting back to Senior Director EC&P and wider Sales Org
(25%) Develop an effective, collaborative working relationship with Marketing & Product to provide:
a) perspective on needs for new selling materials (Assets) as well as
b) an understanding of usability of existing assets
ensuring appropriate access & tracking of use
◦ Work with CRM/Sales Tools team to refine development of Seismic to suit business needs
◦ Partner with Marketing to facilitate population of Seismic with valuable & relevant Sales Assets
◦ Partner with all relevant functions to agree a process by with Assets in Seismic are kept up to date by their owner(s)
◦ Effectively communicate to Sales and Service teams about new and critical Assets posted to Seismic
◦ Drive seismic usage through communication, training, measurement & management coaching
(25%) Oversee & facilitate Sales Communications
◦ Maintain Sales Operations Mixer & Seismic pages with Sales policy & procedure information
◦ Manage agenda, content & guest presenters for weekly Sales Operations Communications calls
◦ Draft & publish training guides & learning materials on Seismic, maintaining appropriate organization, folder structure and tags to help ensure ease of access & use
◦ Deliver Seismic training for new hires to ensure early adoption
(25%) L&D Program Management
◦ Own scheduling & logistics management for all L&D training classes and programs
◦ Ensure LMS system is used to capture all trainings, including scheduling & tracking of training attendees
◦ Establish a robust feedback loop for all trainings delivered ensuring it's fed back to the relevant trainers/Senior Director of SECP
◦ Plus analytics reporting to demonstrate # of classes offered, attended & resulting business performance of training attendees
