We are seeking an Assistant to support our Head of Digital Strategy within the Corporate Communications Department in Los Angeles.
The ideal candidate should be motivated, quick-thinking and open to working in an environment where he/she is capable of performing administrative tasks. The individual should be flexible, highly organized and have the ability to multi-task.
Administrative duties include phones, coordinating meetings and schedules, preparing expense reports, producing correspondence, special projects and personal assistance as needed.
Qualifications
• BA/BS Degree
• Internship preferably in the entertainment industry with digital and social media experience on a corporate level
• Must have experience creating social media and/or digital content
• Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must know PPT/ Keynote and Photoshop
• Must possess strong organizational and communication skills
• Must possess the ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy
• Must have ability to meet deadlines, and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Team oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Professional and mature demeanor
