The Production Design Administrator supports the development and production of content publishing in a variety of web-based formats including PDF and HTML. This individual works in the Content Publishing Services department with writers and production editors to develop high-quality, professional materials for publication on testing program web sites.
Use of advanced Word features, including styles and fillable fields to create accessible materials for use in a variety of platforms.
Other duties include creating tracking logs or schedules, file management, and conducting occasional interdepartmental training sessions.
Qualifications
Minimum Required Skills:
• Proficiency in technologies for electronic publishing including Adobe Acrobat; expert in MS Office Suite - advanced Word skills required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with web publishing technologies including HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and XML desired.
• Knowledge of and experience with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and ADA accessibility standards desired.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues and errors.
