Internship Requirements:
• 3.0 GPA or higher
• Must be currently enrolled in school
• Local students only in the NYC metro area
• Must be able to work at least 15 hours per week

SUMMARY
We offer opportunities to students who are motivated and eager to learn about the media business and gain valuable experience in a corporate environment. The Finance department is looking for an intern who will:
• Prepare monthly accruals in conjunction with reports from Central Purchasing group and input from functional areas
• Analyze operating expense account activity to ensure appropriate accounting treatment
• Analyze purchase card activity for appropriate coding and accounting treatment
• Assist the Director of Finance and Sr Financial Analyst in operating expense variance analysis for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
• Prepare Travel & Entertainment expense schedules for all corporate departments
• Assist in preparing accurate, meaningful reports on an ad hoc basis for senior management.
• Ability to adhere to stringent deadlines and operational procedures.
• Assist with excel model build-outs as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates for internships MUST:
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong knowledge of office PC and Server applications, such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Have strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication skills, leadership and organizational abilities
• Maintain a professional appearance and be enthusiastic
• Coursework or previous internship experience in Finance or related field is preferred.
