The Job:
This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to exciting brands while acquiring core digital marketing skills. The Sr. Marketing Manager will be part of a 4-person Strategy and Marketing team that market PEOPLE, PeopleTV and ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY products to consumers. This individual will set strategy, test, plan and execute campaigns across online and off-line channels, that drive both the strategy and revenue on the brands.
You Will:
• Support the brand goals and strive to deliver and report on established goals
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans across digital and traditional media platforms with an eye on achieving install or subscription goals and consumer engagement targets. This includes managing day to day paid media campaigns, agencies, creative, and talent
• Analyze marketing and business results to identify opportunities for growth and develop recommendations based on the data to share with key stakeholders
• Partner with external brands to form strategic partnerships and campaigns that drive key goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as internal centralized groups, editors, sales, production, legal and more
• Develop and maintain budgets including monthly financial reconciliations
You Are:
• Accomplished: With five to seven years of consumer marketing experience, you are prepared and excited to tackle the Sr. Marketing Manager position at People, PeopleTV and Entertainment Weekly. Experience with an emphasis on Digital Marketing and/or Television (OTT) is preferred. Bachelor’s degree required.
