JOB DESCRIPTION
FOX Sports West is searching for a Client Service Coordinator to join their team in Los Angeles. This position provides support to the Account Executives and the Managers by stewarding orders from initial placement to paid invoice, and all steps in between. This includes order entry and tracking, reports and communications with agency buyers and assistants. This position may also oversee ticket flow as assigned by the region leadership team. This position is responsible for coordinating the accounts that air on the network, from sales planning through execution to delivery.
Responsibilities
• Provides sales support posting orders; writing up new orders; communication with buyers, agency assistants, sales managers and Traffic.
• Uses Wide Orbit to input orders, resolve discrepancies, file orders and process make-goods.
• Participation in Sales presentations and negotiations.
• Participation in lead generation, cold calls, and business socials.
• Prepares reports on revenue, delivery, inventory management, and forecasted budget goals on a weekly basis.
• Pulls reports from traffic software and provides management with accurate numbers for revenue reports and forecasting.
• Interfaces directly with the Traffic department to ensure that orders are input correctly and that spots run at the correct time, in the correct show, with the correct copy within the contractual boundaries set by the client.
• Coordinates the accounts that air on the network, from sales planning through execution to delivery.
Qualifications
• Some previous office experience or experience in a related area is preferred
• A Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Proficiency in PowerPoint is preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships is required.
• Good organizational skills and a proven ability to work as a member of a team and individually are necessary.
• The ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure environment is also required.
