Key responsibilities
To coordinate high quality movie and TV content (Hollywood and International) programming activities for a select group of clients (<$1m) in an effective manner, and to support Lead Content Program Manager with digital and Key Client content programming activities.
More specifically, the job entails:
• Selection of feature film and television content for small and digital airline clients
• Customer interaction
• Purchase order preparation
• Creation of content programming grids
• Invoice approvals and preparation
• Screen TV shows and feature films for edits based on specific customer requirements
• Work with US Service and Delivery Manager on file deliveries to ensure all files are delivered in a timely manner to clients
• Coordinate with metadata team to ensure entries are processed to spec and in a timely manner
• Creation of content listings, asset management to magazines, websites
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail oriented
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Degree preferred
• Foreign languages spoken a plus, but not necessary
Areas of interest and intrinsic competencies
• Passion for the movie and TV industry required
• Team player
• Technologically savvy
• Ability to be flexible with assignments, prioritization of duties
