Job Description
Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a full-time Associate Financial Analyst, for its Financial Planning and Analysis department. This position will provide support for general operating expenses and special projects as needed. We are seeking an individual who has attention to detail, high integrity, and is a self-starter.
Responsibilities:
• Provide financial support to FP&A Manager to ensure accuracy of forecast and actual for a comprehensive view of operating expenses
• Work with Manager to provide monthly plan/forecast versus actual variance key drivers analysis
• Help develop financial reporting templates
• Support month end close activities (accruals, reclass, PO corrections)
• Prepare intercompany expenses and re-invoicing to affiliate partners
• Review PO requisitions for accuracy
• Support ad hoc analysis
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related business discipline
• Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Driven by intellectual curiosity with an ongoing desire to learn and grow
• Quantitative and analytical skills
• Attention to detail, high integrity, and is a self-starter
