JOB SUMMARY
Serve as key drivers to ensure that all activities related to production are carried out effectively and efficiently. Helps project manage all steps of the coordination process through the airing of an ad spot and post-air feedback while interfacing with sales, post-production, creative and operations. Has overall responsibility for making sure that all campaigns are followed through from beginning to end. This position reports to the Regional Production Director and interacts closely with Sales Management and other Production leadership team members to help establish and ensure a smooth, efficient experience for each production effort related to creation of Spectrum Reach’s customer advertisements.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leads a small team of Account Managers in overseeing the day to day coordination of multiple creative pieces per year.
• Ensures work flows are being adhered to for assigned teams and internal clients to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
• Develops and ensures continuity in the production process to ensure that all aspects of the production efforts are efficient and effective for assigned markets.
• Consistently looks to streamline and improve processes, and suggests best practices to the other markets.
• Ensures team delivers against measureable standards, KPIs and service level agreements related to production services.
• Serves as the overall orchestrator of multiple projects going on simultaneously (assigning owners/coordinators, tracking progress, ensuring timeliness of completion, etc.) for assigned markets.
• Is an are expert on our process tools with an eye towards collecting information to help recommend changes to streamline day to day work
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Analyzes situations that require in-depth evaluation of variety of factors.
• Exercises judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining results.
• Works independently with minimal guidance. Receives little instructions on routine work and general instructions on new assignments.
• Ability to work independently.
• Advanced level proficiency in appropriate software applications or technology.
• Advanced knowledge of related field.
• Previous experience overseeing production events and experience tracking and reporting the status of all projects using database systems.
• Extensive experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously across multiple markets.
• Knowledge of production techniques including editing, filming, voice over insertions, time needed for projects and best practices for execution related to production services is essential.
• Expertise in process and asset management tools.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Related Work Experience
Experience in coordination related to Production, preferably in the space of advertising
