Under the direction of sales management, sales administrator assists sales personnel in their performance of their duties in promoting sales using standard business approaches and techniques
Position Requirements
Develop and maintain a professional image in representing SG Gaming in both personal interfaces and those communicated via fax, phone or e-mail. Maintain accurate information related to customer preferences in relevant databases. Prepare contracts using established format and tools. Request customer set-up for new customers utilizing compliance guidelines and processes. Configure quotations for products requested by sales. Review created quotations for accuracy before submission or flip to order. Progress quotations and orders in ERP system by removing bottlenecks. Take ownership of quotations and orders from creation to shipment. Work effectively with legal, product management, compliance, finance and other teams to ensure timely progress. Communicate order progress status to sales and install teams including manufacturing and shipment dates. Coordinate resolution of install issues, escalate any un-resolved issues to management. Identify parts required for product or game theme conversions using standard work approaches. Create return material authorization forms for product coming back from customer sites. Review and facilitate resolution of contract & billing discrepancies. Prepare simple ad-hoc reports as requested by sales and management.
Qualifications: Gaming experience preferred
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, must be bi-lingual (English and Spanish). Must have knowledge of bill of materials, prior experience in configuring orders is preferred but not required. Must have customer service experience. Must be presentable and have the ability to read, analyze and interpret general business correspondence and respond to queries in a professional manner.
