Job Summary
The Program Manager ensures that all services and documents supporting the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania CENSS contract are completed on time and within budget and that efficient resources are available to support this effort.
Job Responsibilities
Essential Duties
• Manages the profit and loss for the entire program
• Develops comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Ensures SLAs meet (or exceed) client expectations
• Reviews project proposals and/or plans to determine time frame, funding limitation, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project
• Ensures that systems, processes, and methodologies as specified are followed to sure effective monitoring, control, and support of service delivery
• Attends and manages client service review meetings; areas covered will include performance reports, service improvements, quality, and processes
• Identifies areas of process and system improvement driven by data and reporting
• Works with the account team gathering customer requirements
• Implements and manages customer requirements and expectations
• Hires, trains and manages PMO team
• Supports training, communications, and change management within the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or 7 to 10 years of relevant job experience.
• Job experience in the telecommunications industry
• Job experience with similar essential duties
• 7+ years’ direct customer service experience with increasingly responsible project management experience required with an emphasis on technical capabilities preferred
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and implementing multiple strategic, complex projects with successful results (scope, schedule, and budget) simultaneously
• Experience defining and documenting processes, and driving continuous improvement to processes via process measurement/metrics
• PMP Certification
• ITIL Certification desired
• Proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Word
• Manage Projects across functional projects/programs
