Job Summary
Multi-talented graphic designer with experience in event and experiential marketing. This person will be responsible for creative concept development and graphic design in support of our client’s events, experiential campaigns and sponsorship activations. We’re looking for a creative individual with a flair for originality, conceptualization, and execution in a fast-paced environment. Main Duties and Responsibilities
60% - Act as the creative and design lead on all relevant projects and events, including but not limited to:
• Creation of dynamic mock-ups that translate promotional and experiential ideas into a realistic visual representation used for internal and external new business and existing client project development
• Design of any materials necessary for client projects, including signage, print/digital ads, marketing collateral, premiums, schematics, etc.
• Collaboration with account teams to ensure creative execution across relevant activations
• Collaboration with account teams on development of project recaps for client and internal purposes
• Manage creative-specific communication and coordination between clients, account teams, and relevant vendors and partners
25% - Development, evolution and maintenance of one consistent brand look and feel across all materials (Decks, sales materials, handbooks, website, social media, proposals, etc.)
• Includes creation of well-designed decks and case studies for business development team
15% - Utilize creative and innovative thinking skills to develop marketing concepts and event activation strategies for clients and brand teams (pushing the envelope and thinking outside of the box), including participation in all brainstorms

Knowledge and Skills Required
• Minimum of 1 year of professional design experience at an agency or brand
• Degree in a Graphic Design or related field
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Proficiency in 3D rendering (e.g., SketchUp, CAD, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of presentation software including PowerPoint and Keynote
• Print production experience (e.g., formatting print ready files, scaling art) for small- and large-scale projects
• Superior organization skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects simultaneously, incorporating feedback from various stakeholders
• Exceptional listening and communications skills
• Creative and ability to be vocal in brainstorming
• Team player and loves collaboration
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work nights, weekends or travel for client programs and/or events
• Animation/motion graphics/video experience is a plus
• Event experience is a big plus
Certificates, licenses and registrations
Bachelor of Arts or Science (minimum) in Graphic Design or related field
Physical Activity and Work Environment
Occasionally the employee might be asked to perform minimal physical activity in support of onsite event execution
