Position Overview
The Strategic Planning Team is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated finance professional to help drive enhanced analysis and digitization of the annual planning process. This position will help lead the annual planning process as well as be responsible for developing and maintaining subscriptions, billings, pricing, revenue and ARR models and analysis, to drive insightful color of company results and identify key drivers of future performance. This role will also be responsible for the development and maintenance of new metrics and business definitions.
Responsibilities
• Help lead the annual planning process for subscriptions, billings, AUV, revenue, and ARR
• Manage quarter end executive reporting and presentations, support quarterly operations review, quarterly business review
• Build financial models to drive insightful color of business performances, and provide regular and ad hoc analysis
• Establish strong partnership with other finance team both in World Wide Sales Finance as well as with other finance teams within the company to drive a successful integrated planning process
• Present financial results, strategic analysis, and annual plan to senior management
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor in Accounting or Finance preferred; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred
• Minimum 7+ years of related experience
• Experience building complex financial models, preferably for subscription based companies
• Strong understanding of business and financial performance drivers for a subscription based company
• Strong interpersonal skills, effective communicator, and leader
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong aptitude for, experience with, or desire to learn financial software (e.g. Anaplan, Qlikview, Qlik Sense, Tableau etc)
• High energy, self-motivated, and willingness to work towards firm deadlines
• Ambitious and eager to learn
• Learns quickly from mistakes

• Strong aptitude for financial planning and analysis, building and delivering reliable, accurate and timely financial data, modeling and analysis, and being able to understand and articulate business impact beyond numbers
• Technically sound, passionate for process improvement, organization savvy, detailed oriented but also able to think strategically
• Demonstrate critical thinking, excellent analytical and communication skills and ability to work proactively with key stakeholders in a highly collaborative environment, manage tight deadlines and highly adaptable to changes
